If you see the message "The operation completed successfully" this means the Secure Boot is disabled 5. If you do not see this, this means the secure boot is enabled. Here's the other alternative on how to turn it off, If this doesnt work, You can use google and look for your mother board's bios and disable secure boot from there.
1. Uninstall ALL of your current Visual C++ Redistributions (maybe 10 of them or more installed), and Restart your PC. After you have uninstalled all visual c++'s, use this tool to see if there's any hidden vc's that need to be uninstalled 1a. Download the VC+DX Runtimes below and install them, then restart your PC. 2. Disable Firewall: Search for "CMD" and run it as ADMIN. Copy and paste this command in the window NetSh Advfirewall set allprofiles state off, and press ENTER. 3. Download and use this tool to disable windows defender 4. Disable/Uninstall any existing Anti-Virus software, Including windows default anti-virus protection. 5. Restart your PC, go into the BIOS settings and disable "Secure Boot". Change the secure boot mode from STANDARD to CUSTOM and delete all keys in the key management table (make sure all keys are 0) You may have to enroll all default keys, then delete them. Make sure you save the settings, and restart. (APPLIES TO INTEL CPUs and AMD CPUs, AMD users you may have to disable CSM MODE to disable secure boot depending on your motherboard.)
