Run CC Cleaner & Clean After that fix registry Fix All Issue 3x and Restart PCCCleaner

If you see the message "The operation completed successfully" this means the Secure Boot is disabled 5. If you do not see this, this means the secure boot is enabled. Make sure you save the settings, and restart.
